The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By completing the ordering process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The purchase contract is only concluded upon our explicit order confirmation or shipment of the goods.

6. Prices and Payment Terms, Customs and Import Fees
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF), unless otherwise indicated.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping costs. Deliveries outside Switzerland may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees. These charges are to be borne by the buyer.
We assume no liability for additional costs arising from customs or import regulations of the respective country.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one valid at the time of the order.
7. Production and Shipping Times (POD), Color Variations and Product Representation
Some Noirveil products are only produced after an order has been placed (“Print-on-Demand”).
Production time is generally 2–7 business days. Delivery times thereafter depend on the destination country and shipping provider. Total delivery times are non-binding estimates and may vary, particularly during periods of high demand, holidays, or due to external circumstances.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

Upon handover of the goods to the shipping company, the risk passes to the buyer to the extent permitted by law.
We strive to display colors, designs, and products as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may occur due to varying screen, display, and device settings.
Minor deviations in print placement, colors, seams, or sizes do not constitute defects.
8. Returns and Refunds
