Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return period. This means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Once your return has been reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with further instructions regarding the return shipment. Returns sent back without prior contact cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us without delay so that we can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

The following items are excluded from returns: personalized or custom-made products, special orders, perishable goods, hygiene and personal care products, gift cards, and discounted sale items (where legally permitted).

If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us in advance.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return has been successfully processed.

Right of Withdrawal for Customers in the European Union

For orders delivered within the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal additionally applies. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason.

The item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
